    If you wish to return an item, it must be in new condition and you must notify Pony Passion within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

    The customer should then return the item to Pony Passion via tracked postage and provide a tracking number.

    Once received at Head Quarters, customer will receive a refund to include the return postage costs.

    Any faulty items, please send pictures to Pony Passion email address and notify us within 48 hours.
